Everything was fantastic, except in my room when I went to open a dresser drawer, there was a croissant sandwich still in the wrapper in the drawer. Other than that, it was very clean and comfortable. There was no bugs of any kind, and it was quiet for the most part. The people above me I don’t know what they had kids or what was going on, but it sounded like an elephant stomping on the floor sometimes, but not all the time.

I am 5 weeks out from a knee replacement and Mercedes the front desk clerk was very helpful and made my stay very enjoyable when I needed ice it was on the second floor and there were only steps she was kind enough to come up get my ice bucket go down and bring me ice back I was very impressed and very thankful for her efforts on my behalf

From check-in (with the exception of not having connecting rooms or even close) to our stay - the room was clean, the bathroom was clean and the shower was perfect water pressure and settings. It isn't often we travel and stay overnight - Thank you for a positive experience. Staff was excellent!

This is one of the better places I have stayed. The staff was all very friendly and on top of everything. The indoor pool was amazing when it said heated pool that's what it was. I have health issues and they accommodated for all my needs. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
